1.2
Client – a person (individual or legal entity) ordering services offered by the ehotel Portal at Accommodation Facilities.
1.3
Accommodation Facility – owner/tenant of accommodation spaces, providing the Client with accommodation services according to the order mediated by the Operator.
2.1
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") regulate the contractual relationships between the ehotel Portal, the Client, and the Accommodation Facility when arranging accommodation reservations offered by the Accommodation Facility on the ehotel Portal website.
2.2
The contractual relationship between the ehotel Portal and the Client is governed by these GTC and the Terms and Conditions of each individual Accommodation Facility (hereinafter referred to as "TC") and its Cancellation Policy, which are specified at the bottom of the ehotel reservation form. These GTC are always applied if the TC are not specified by the Accommodation Facility or do not contain a different provision.
2.3
The Client always accepts the specified GTC by creating a reservation, a Reservation Record, or ordering services through the ehotel Portal.
3.1
The Client is entitled to use the services of the ehotel Portal only in good faith for the purpose of submitting a request for an offer or making accommodation reservations that comply with legal regulations, and by using the Services, the Client undertakes not to make speculative, false, or misleading reservations and not to reserve accommodation capacities beyond their actual needs. By using the Services, the Client declares that they are the holder of benefit points and that their personal and contact details entered during the reservation and the information provided for payment purposes (e.g., payment card details) are correct. By using the Services, the Client acknowledges that the ehotel Portal may use this information in accordance with the provisions of the Information Memorandum on Personal Data Processing to contact the Client if necessary. The Client is responsible for any damages caused by inaccuracies in the entered data. The Client acknowledges and consents to the use of their personal and contact details entered during the reservation and also the details of their previous, ongoing, or future reservations by the ehotel Portal, which is authorized to provide them to a public authority or police upon request.
3.2
The ehotel Portal reserves the right to permanently or temporarily exclude certain Clients from the possibility of using the services available through the Website at its discretion (i.e., to blacklist the User). A Client who has been blacklisted must not attempt to use the Website under another name or through another Client.
4.1.
The Client expresses their interest in the service by filling out and submitting the form. The ehotel Portal verifies the availability of the requested accommodation with the Accommodation Facility and informs the Client (Reservation Confirmation) about the availability and specific price of the accommodation for the selected date. The service is definitively ordered upon the written Reservation Confirmation by the ehotel Portal, i.e., by sending the Reservation Confirmation to the Client's specified email.
4.2.
The price of the service is determined by the Accommodation Facility. The ehotel Portal increases the service price by a handling fee for the conversion of benefit points, bank transactions, and fees of 18% of the accommodation price. The price depends on the selected date, number of persons, and other parameters entered by the Customer when making the reservation. The ehotel Portal informs the Customer of the final price in the Reservation Confirmation, thereby making the service order binding.
4.3.
Payment is made by transferring benefit points to the ehotel Portal in the amount of 100% of the accommodation price. For reservations that are already subject to the Accommodation Facility's cancellation policy according to the TC, a 100% accommodation price guarantee by payment card is required by the Accommodation Facility and the ehotel Portal. The Client is informed about the payment card guarantee during the reservation confirmation process – cancellation. No amount will be deducted from the Client's card; the card is used solely for the guarantee of the Client's binding reservation and will only be used if the Client fails to pay the accommodation amount in benefit points or fails to pay the reservation balance, and in the event that the ehotel Portal is entitled to charge a cancellation fee. The Client is obliged to enter truthful and complete information about their payment card. If authorization is refused by the bank without reason or due to insufficient funds, the reservation cancellation fee will be enforced, including the right to late payment interest. The Client will be informed about this via email within 72 hours.
4.4.
The total reservation price is paid in benefit points using the integrated online payment gateway of the specific benefit company. If the Client does not have enough benefit points, it is possible to pay the balance by payment card (the Client will receive a generated link for the specific additional payment amount) or by bank transfer (based on the details the Client will receive).
4.5.
The Accommodation Facility hereby agrees to the mediation of communication by the ehotel Portal regarding the use of the Accommodation Intermediation service, which is provided to it or on its behalf.
4.6.
The reservation is made by filling out and submitting the form placed on the ehotel Portal Website, thereby ordering the accommodation reservation directly with the Partner – Accommodation Facility that operates the accommodation. According to the way the reservation is entered, the ehotel Portal website system distinguishes two types of Partners:
4.6.1
In the case of accommodation reservation with the Partner – “Request only,” which guarantees reservation confirmation within 1 working day, the Client receives confirmation of the successful reservation, or within 1 working day the Client receives information about the reservation's failure. By submitting the reservation, the Client acknowledges that if the Partner confirms the reservation, a contract (binding reservation) is created between the Client and the Partner, which the Client is entitled to withdraw from only under the conditions set by the Partner (TC) and published in the Reservation Confirmation under the item “Cancellation Policy” or on the Accommodation Facility's website.
4.6.2
If the reservation relates to accommodation with the Partner – “Online Reservation,” which guarantees immediate reservation confirmation and does not contain any remarks, the Client receives confirmation of the successful reservation to their specified email address immediately after submitting the reservation. By submitting the reservation, the Client acknowledges that a contract (binding reservation) is created between them and the Partner, which the Client is entitled to withdraw from only under the conditions set by the Partner and published in the Reservation Confirmation under the item “Cancellation Policy” or on the Accommodation Facility's website.
4.6.3
If the Client includes a remark in the reservation that may affect the price of the reservation or jeopardize the accommodation reservation as a whole, ehotel may consider it necessary to discuss the reservation with the Partner. In such a case, the reservation is subject to the confirmation rules within 1 working day (see above).
4.6.4

4.7.
Booking reservation on Booking.com portal
4.7.1
In the event that the Client creates an Accommodation Record via the Booking(.com) portal and during administrative solution, the price of the listed accommodation on the portal will be increased Booking(.com), ehotel will require the Client to pay the increase prices.
4.7.2
By creating an Accommodation Record via the Booking(.com) portal, the Client agrees to the conditions of the accommodation facility that he requests from ehotel and wants to book the given reservation on the Booking(.com) portal.
4.7.3
On the portal eHotel.cz, s.r.o. it is not possible to accept discounts and benefits of the Client, which the Client has on his personal account on the Booking.com portal. Portal eHotel.cz, s.r.o. accepts a reservation request on the Booking(.com) portal from the Client with the price and conditions of accommodation specified at the time of entry of the entry on the Booking.com portal as they are indicated in the case of a non-logged-in user of the Booking.com portal and searched in the affiliate program mode of the Booking.com portal . Portal eHotel.cz, s.r.o. realizes the purchase of the given accommodation under contractual conditions with Booking.com and resulting from its own corporate account on Booking.com, through which the purchase of the reservation is realized.
4.7.4
The Client must not change the information in the reservation on the Booking.com reservation portal, which was created through eHotel.cz, s.r.o. Specifically, the contact email, arrival or departure date, or cancel the reservation. If the Client wants to make any changes to the reservation on the Booking.com reservation portal, they must first notify eHotel.cz, s.r.o. If the change has already been made, they must immediately inform eHotel.cz, s.r.o. via email or phone communication. Violation of this condition is subject to a penalty for the Client in the amount of the incurred costs related to the reservation change by eHotel.cz, s.r.o.
4.7.5
A client who is in arrears with the booking portal Booking.com or whose account has been blocked at the booking portal Booking.com for any reason may not submit a booking request on the booking portal eHotel.cz, s.r.o. via the Booking.com portal under a fine of CZK 50,000. No possible compensations can be applied.
4.8.
Payment of the invoice for accommodation provided by the Client
4.8.1
In the case of payment for a foreign or domestic accommodation reservation, payment in the relevant currency will be made by Portal ehotel to the indicated bank account in CZK or international format (IBAN) incl. SWIFT/BIC guaranteed by the accommodation provider, i.e. which will be indicated in the entered Invoice / tax document in printed or electronic form.
4.8.2
In the case of a refund of the made payment – rejection by the foreign bank, ehotel does not guarantee the return of the full amount. The amount may be reduced by the respective bank fees (SHA). The Client is entitled to a refund of the expended funds up to the actual returned value to the ehotel Portal account.
4.9.
Kiwi voucher
4.9.1
For the purposes of these conditions, an electronic voucher is understood to be a specific promo code issued by Kiwi.com s.r.o., with its registered office at Lazaretní 925/9, 615 00 Brno (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") for eHotel.cz, s.r.o., with its registered office at Lomnického 1742/2a, 140 00 Prague 4, as the distributor distributing these electronic vouchers (hereinafter referred to as the "Distributor") to users of its services entitled to purchase them in accordance with applicable legal regulations and in accordance with the conditions of the ehotel portal (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
4.9.2
The electronic voucher is always issued for a specific nominal value expressed in Czech crowns (CZK) according to the User's choice, whereby the User is entitled to use it once to pay for the Issuer's services – personal transport mediation and related services – as an alternative payment method supported (according to current availability) within the reservation system on the www.kiwi.com website or in the Issuer's respective mobile applications by clicking the "Use promo code" button, up to the nominal value of the electronic voucher, always in accordance with these conditions.
4.9.3
The electronic voucher is valid for the period specified in the electronic voucher, otherwise, if this period is not specified, for one year from its issuance by the Issuer in favor of the Distributor. The current validity period will be communicated to the User according to the conditions of the ehotel portal or, unless otherwise stated in the portal's conditions, upon request. The validity period of the electronic voucher cannot be extended, and upon expiration, the User loses the right to use the electronic voucher under these conditions without any right to compensation or refund.
4.9.4
The electronic voucher cannot be exchanged for money or other assets, except for its use in accordance with these conditions. The value of the electronic voucher is not refundable to the User, even after the expiration of the electronic voucher's validity.
4.9.5
If the User has chosen payment in a currency other than Czech crowns (CZK) within the Issuer's reservation system and wants to use the electronic voucher for payment in this other currency, the value of the electronic voucher will be converted to the respective currency using the current conversion rate commonly used by the Issuer for this purpose within its reservation system.
4.9.6
Each electronic voucher can be used to pay for one reservation in the Issuer's reservation system. If the reservation value is higher than the nominal value of the electronic voucher, the User is obliged to pay the difference using another supported electronic payment method; if the reservation value is lower than the nominal value of the electronic voucher, the difference is not refunded or compensated to the User, and it is not usable for another User's reservation; the unused difference is thus forfeited without compensation.
4.9.7
Only one electronic voucher can be used for each reservation in the Issuer's reservation system.
4.9.8
The electronic voucher can be used to book the Issuer's services, and thus to arrange personal transport, only for the benefit of the User and/or their family member (not other third parties), always and only in connection with the purchase/reservation/order of additional personal recreation services (e.g., accommodation) provided by a third party and mediated through the ehotel portal. The electronic voucher cannot be transferred to a third party.
4.9.9
Any compensation for the transportation price or the Issuer's services and other claims related to the Issuer's services provided to the User, who paid the reservation price through the electronic voucher, are governed by the Issuer's General Terms and Conditions, which the User has read and agreed to during the reservation process in the Issuer's reservation system. The User is aware that such compensation may be provided in accordance with the Issuer's General Terms and Conditions in the form corresponding to the original payment, and thus in the form of an electronic voucher or other similar credit usable for paying for the Issuer's services.
4.9.10
The Issuer reserves the right to invalidate any valid electronic vouchers issued for the User without compensation and/or refuse to provide further services or cancel already provided services in case the User has violated these conditions or the Issuer's General Terms and Conditions applicable to the User in connection with individual reservations paid for by the electronic voucher.
4.9.11
Any questions and complaints related to the purchase of the electronic voucher through the ehotel portal, the information provided on the ehotel portal, or in connection with the Distributor's services must be addressed by the User to the Distributor, as the operator of the mentioned portal, in accordance with the terms of use of the ehotel portal.
4.9.12
The Client undertakes to use the Kiwi voucher for purchasing a flight ticket in connection with the use of the ehotel voucher for accommodation within one application of their employee benefit points.
4.9.13
Not available for flights with Ryanair Group (IATA codes: FR, RR, RK, LW, AL).
4.10.
FlixBus voucher
4.10.1.
For the purpose of these conditions, an electronic voucher means a specific promo code issued by FlixBus CZ s.r.o., located at Havlíčkova 1029/3, Nové Město, 110 00, Praha 1 (hereinafter referred to as "Issuer") for eHotel.cz, s.r.o., located at Lomnického 1742/2a, 140 00 Praha 4, as the distributor distributing these electronic vouchers (hereinafter referred to as "Distributor") to users of its services entitled to purchase them under applicable law and in accordance with the terms of the eHotel portal (hereinafter referred to as "User").
4.10.2.
The electronic voucher is always issued for a specific nominal value expressed in Czech crowns (CZK) at the User's choice, and the User is entitled to use it once for payment for the services of the Issuer – provision of personal transportation and related services – as an alternative payment method supported (depending on current availability) within the reservation system on the website www.flixbus.cz or in the Issuer's mobile applications by clicking the "Redeem voucher" button, up to the nominal value of the electronic voucher, always in accordance with these conditions.
4.10.3.
The electronic voucher is valid for the period stated on the voucher, or if this period is not stated, for one year from its issuance by the Issuer to the benefit of the Distributor. The current validity period will be communicated to the User according to the Distributor's terms or, if the portal conditions do not specify otherwise, upon request. The validity period of the electronic voucher cannot be extended, and upon its expiration, the User loses the right to use the electronic voucher under these conditions without any right to compensation or refund.
4.10.4.
The electronic voucher cannot be exchanged for money or other property values, ex gcept for its use in accordance with these conditions. The value of the electronic voucher is not refundable to the User, not even after the expiry of the validity period of the voucher.
4.10.5.
If the User selects a payment in a currency other than Czech crowns (CZK) within the Issuer's reservation system and wishes to use the electronic voucher for payment in that other currency, the value of the voucher will be converted into the relevant currency using the current conversion rate typically used by the Issuer for this purpose within its reservation system.
4.10.6.
Each electronic voucher can be used for one reservation in the Issuer's reservation system. If the reservation value exceeds the nominal value of the electronic voucher, the User is obliged to pay the difference using another supported electronic payment method; if the reservation value is lower than the nominal value of the voucher, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for further use.
4.10.7.
Only one electronic voucher can be used per reservation in the Issuer's reservation system.
4.10.8.
The electronic voucher can be used to book services of the Issuer, specifically for personal transportation, only for the benefit of the User and/or their family member (not for other third parties), and always only in connection with the purchase/reservation/order of additional personal recreation services (e.g., accommodation) provided by a third party and mediated through the eHotel portal. The electronic voucher cannot be transferred to a third party.
4.10.9.
Any compensation for transportation costs or services of the Issuer and other claims related to the Issuer's services provided to the User, who paid for the reservation using the electronic voucher, are governed by the Issuer's general business and reservation terms, which the User has read and agreed to during the reservation process in the Issuer's reservation system. The User is aware that such compensation may be provided in the form corresponding to the original payment, and therefore, in the form of an electronic voucher or other similar credit usable for payment for the Issuer's services.
4.10.10.
The Issuer reserves the right to invalidate any valid electronic vouchers issued to the User without compensation and/or to refuse to provide further services to the User or to cancel already provided services if the User has violated these conditions or the Issuer's general business and reservation terms applicable to the User concerning reservations paid for with the electronic voucher.
4.10.11.
Any inquiries and complaints related to the purchase of the electronic voucher via the Distributor, information provided on the Distributor's portal, or related to the Distributor's services must be addressed to the Distributor, as the operator of the mentioned portal, in accordance with the terms of use of the ehotel portal.
4.10.12.
The client agrees to use the FlixBus voucher for purchasing a ticket in conjunction with the use of the eHotel voucher for accommodation as part of one redemption of their employee benefit points.
4.11.
HoppyGo voucher
4.11.1.
For the purpose of these conditions, an electronic voucher means a specific promo code issued by HoppyGo s.r.o. located at Želetavská 1525/1, Michle, 140 00 Praha 4 (hereinafter referred to as "Issuer") for eHotel.cz, s.r.o., located at Lomnického 1742/2a, 140 00 Praha 4, as the distributor distributing these electronic vouchers (hereinafter referred to as "Distributor") to users of its services entitled to purchase them under applicable law and in accordance with the terms of the eHotel portal (hereinafter referred to as "User").
4.11.2.
The electronic voucher is always issued for a specific nominal value expressed in Czech crowns (CZK) at the User's choice, and the User is entitled to use it once for payment for the services of the Issuer – provision of car rental – as an alternative payment method supported (depending on current availability) within the reservation system on the website www.hoppygo.com or in the Issuer's mobile applications by clicking the "Redeem voucher" button, up to the nominal value of the electronic voucher, always in accordance with these conditions.
4.11.3.
The electronic voucher is valid for the period stated on the voucher, or if this period is not stated, for one year from its issuance by the Issuer to the benefit of the Distributor. The current validity period will be communicated to the User according to the Distributor's terms or, if the portal conditions do not specify otherwise, upon request. The validity period of the electronic voucher cannot be extended, and upon its expiration, the User loses the right to use the electronic voucher under these conditions without any right to compensation or refund.
4.11.4.
The electronic voucher cannot be exchanged for money or other property values, except for its use in accordance with these conditions. The value of the electronic voucher is not refundable to the User, not even after the expiry of the validity period of the voucher.
4.11.5.
If the User selects a payment in a currency other than Czech crowns (CZK) within the Issuer's reservation system and wishes to use the electronic voucher for payment in that other currency, the value of the voucher will be converted into the relevant currency using the current conversion rate typically used by the Issuer for this purpose within its reservation system.
4.11.6.
Each electronic voucher can be used for one reservation in the Issuer's reservation system. If the reservation value exceeds the nominal value of the electronic voucher, the User is obliged to pay the difference using another supported electronic payment method; if the reservation value is lower than the nominal value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded or compensated and cannot be used for another reservation by the User. The unused balance will be forfeited without compensation.
4.11.7.
Only one electronic voucher can be used per reservation in the Issuer's reservation system.
4.11.8.
The electronic voucher can be used to book the Issuer's services, specifically for car rental, only for the benefit of the User and/or their family member (not for other third parties), and always only in connection with the purchase/reservation/order of additional personal recreation services (e.g., accommodation) provided by a third party and mediated through the Distributor. The electronic voucher cannot be transferred to a third party.
4.11.9.
Any compensation for rental costs or services of the Issuer and other claims related to the Issuer's services provided to the User, who paid for the reservation using the electronic voucher, are governed by the Issuer's general business conditions, which the User has read and agreed to during the reservation process in the Issuer's reservation system. The User is aware that such compensation may be provided in the form corresponding to the original payment, and therefore, in the form of an electronic voucher or other similar credit usable for payment for the Issuer's services.
4.11.10.
The Issuer reserves the right to invalidate any valid electronic vouchers issued to the User without compensation and/or to refuse to provide further services to the User or to cancel already provided services if the User has violated these conditions or the Issuer's general business conditions applicable to the User concerning reservations paid for with the electronic voucher.
4.11.11.
Any inquiries and complaints related to the purchase of the electronic voucher via the Distributor, information provided on the Distributor's portal, or related to the Distributor's services must be addressed to the Distributor, as the operator of the mentioned portal, in accordance with the terms of the Distributor.
4.11.12.
The client agrees to use the HoppyGo voucher for renting a car in conjunction with the use of the eHotel voucher for accommodation as part of one redemption of their employee benefit points.
4.12.
Leo Express voucher
4.12.1.
For the purpose of these conditions, an electronic voucher means a specific voucher issued by Leo Express s.r.o., ID No.: 06661572, a company registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 286532, with its registered office at Řehořova 908/4, 130 00 Praha 3 – Žižkov (hereinafter referred to as "Issuer") for eHotel.cz, s.r.o., ID No.: 24285536, a company registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 193227, with its registered office at Lomnického 1742/2a, 140 00 Praha 4, as the distributor (hereinafter referred to as "Distributor") distributing these electronic vouchers to users of its services entitled to purchase them under applicable law and in accordance with the Distributor's terms (hereinafter referred to as "User").
4.12.2.
The electronic voucher is always issued for a certain nominal value expressed in Czech crowns (CZK) at the User's choice, and the User is entitled to use it repeatedly until the value is exhausted, for payment for the services provided by the Issuer – providing personal railway and bus transportation – and as an alternative payment method supported (depending on current availability) within the reservation system on the website www.leoexpress.com or in the Issuer's mobile applications by clicking the "Discount code" button, up to the nominal value of the electronic voucher, always in accordance with these conditions.
4.12.3.
The electronic voucher is valid for the period stated on the electronic voucher, or if this period is not stated, for one year from its issuance by the Issuer in favor of the Distributor. The current validity period will be communicated to the User according to the Distributor's terms or, if the portal conditions do not specify otherwise, upon written request. The validity period of the electronic voucher cannot be extended, and upon its expiration, the User loses the right to use the electronic voucher under these conditions without any right to compensation, reimbursement, or refund.
4.12.4.
The electronic voucher cannot be exchanged for money or other property values, except for its use in accordance with these conditions. The value of the electronic voucher is not refundable to the User, not even after the expiry of the validity period of the voucher.
4.12.5.
If the User selects a payment in a currency other than Czech crowns (CZK) within the Issuer's reservation system and wishes to use the electronic voucher for payment in that other currency, the value of the voucher will be converted into the relevant currency using the current conversion rate typically used by the Issuer for this purpose within its reservation system.
4.12.6.
Each electronic voucher can be used for one reservation in the Issuer's reservation system. If the reservation value exceeds the nominal value of the electronic voucher, the User is obliged to pay the difference using another supported electronic payment method; if the reservation value is lower than the nominal value of the voucher, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for further use.
4.12.7.
More than one electronic voucher can be used for each reservation in the Issuer's reservation system.
4.12.8.
The electronic voucher can be used to book services of the Issuer, specifically for personal transportation, only for the benefit of the User and/or their family member (not for other third parties), and always only in connection with the purchase/reservation/order of additional personal recreation services (e.g., accommodation) provided by a third party and mediated through the Distributor. The electronic voucher cannot be transferred to a third party.
4.12.9.
Any compensation for transportation costs or services of the Issuer and other claims related to the Issuer's services provided to the User, who paid for the reservation using the electronic voucher, are governed by the Issuer's transportation terms, which the User has read and agreed to during the reservation process in the Issuer's reservation system. The User is aware that such compensation may be provided in the form corresponding to the original payment, and therefore, in the form of an electronic voucher or other similar credit usable for payment for the Issuer's services.
4.12.10.
The Issuer reserves the right to invalidate any valid electronic vouchers issued to the User without compensation and/or to refuse to provide further services to the User or to cancel already provided services if the User has violated these conditions or the Issuer's transportation terms applicable to the User concerning reservations paid for with the electronic voucher.
4.12.11.
Any inquiries and complaints related to the purchase of the electronic voucher via the Distributor, information provided on the Distributor's portal, or related to the Distributor's services must be addressed to the Distributor at the email address info@ehotel.cz, as the operator of the mentioned portal, in accordance with the Distributor's terms.
4.12.12.
The client agrees to use the Issuer's electronic voucher for purchasing a ticket in conjunction with the use of the Distributor's voucher for accommodation as part of one redemption of their employee benefit points.
4.13.
Pelikan.cz voucher
4.13.1.
For the purpose of these conditions, an electronic voucher means a specific promo code issued by pelicantravel.com s.r.o. located at Pribinova 17954/10, Bratislava 811 09 (hereinafter referred to as "Issuer") for eHotel.cz, s.r.o., located at Lomnického 1742/2a, 140 00 Praha 4, as the distributor distributing these electronic vouchers (hereinafter referred to as "Distributor") to users of its services entitled to purchase them under applicable law and in accordance with the terms of the eHotel portal (hereinafter referred to as "User").
4.13.2.
The electronic voucher is always issued for a specific nominal value expressed in Czech crowns (CZK) at the User's choice, and the User is entitled to use it once or, by agreement with the Issuer, after splitting the voucher into smaller amounts, until the total value of the purchased voucher is exhausted, for payment for the Issuer's services – provision of personal transportation and related services – as an alternative payment method supported (depending on current availability) within the reservation system on the website www.pelikan.cz or in the Issuer's mobile applications by clicking the "Apply coupon/gift voucher" button, up to the nominal value of the electronic voucher, always in accordance with these conditions.
4.13.3.
The electronic voucher is valid for the period stated on the voucher, or if this period is not stated, for one year from its issuance by the Issuer to the benefit of the Distributor. The current validity period will be communicated to the User according to the Distributor's terms or, if the portal conditions do not specify otherwise, upon request. The validity period of the electronic voucher cannot be extended, and upon its expiration, the User loses the right to use the electronic voucher under these conditions without any right to compensation or refund.
4.13.4.
The electronic voucher cannot be exchanged for money or other property values, except for its use in accordance with these conditions. The value of the electronic voucher is not refundable to the User, not even after the expiry of the validity period of the voucher.
4.13.5.
If the User selects a payment in a currency other than Czech crowns (CZK) within the Issuer's reservation system and wishes to use the electronic voucher for payment in that other currency, the value of the voucher will be converted into the relevant currency using the current conversion rate typically used by the Issuer for this purpose within its reservation system.
4.13.6.
Each electronic voucher can be used for one reservation in the Issuer's reservation system. If the reservation value exceeds the nominal value of the electronic voucher, the User is obliged to pay the difference using another supported electronic payment method. If the reservation value is lower than the nominal value of the electronic voucher, it is necessary to contact the Issuer's customer service in advance, who will split the voucher into a smaller amount for repeated use. Otherwise, the remaining amount will be forfeited to the Issuer.
4.13.7.
Only one electronic voucher can be used per reservation in the online reservation system of the Issuer. If the User wishes to use multiple electronic vouchers for one reservation, the Issuer must be informed in advance.
4.13.8.
The electronic voucher can be used to book services of the Issuer, specifically for personal transportation, only for the benefit of the User and/or their family member (not for other third parties), and always only in connection with the purchase/reservation/order of additional personal recreation services (e.g., accommodation) provided by a third party and mediated through the Distributor. The electronic voucher cannot be transferred to a third party.
4.13.9.
Any compensation for transportation costs or services of the Issuer and other claims related to the Issuer's services provided to the User, who paid for the reservation using the electronic voucher, are governed by the Issuer's general business and reservation terms, which the User has read and agreed to during the reservation process in the Issuer's reservation system. The User is aware that such compensation may be provided in the form corresponding to the original payment, and therefore, in the form of an electronic voucher or other similar credit usable for payment for the Issuer's services.
4.13.10.
The Issuer reserves the right to invalidate any valid electronic vouchers issued to the User without compensation and/or to refuse to provide further services to the User or to cancel already provided services if the User has violated these conditions or the Issuer's general business and reservation terms applicable to the User concerning reservations paid for with the electronic voucher.
4.13.11.
Any inquiries and complaints related to the purchase of the electronic voucher via the Distributor, information provided on the Distributor's portal, or related to the Distributor's services must be addressed to the Distributor, as the operator of the mentioned portal, in accordance with the Distributor's terms.
4.13.12.
The client agrees to use the Pelikan.cz voucher for purchasing a ticket in conjunction with the use of the eHotel voucher for accommodation as part of one redemption of their employee benefit points.
4.14.
RegioJet voucher
4.14.1.
For the purpose of these conditions, an electronic voucher means a specific promo code issued by STUDENT AGENCY k.s. located at Dům pánů z Lipé, nám. Svobody 17, 602 00 Brno (hereinafter referred to as "Issuer") for eHotel.cz, s.r.o., located at Lomnického 1742/2a, 140 00 Praha 4, as the distributor distributing these electronic vouchers (hereinafter referred to as "Distributor") to users of its services entitled to purchase them under applicable law and in accordance with the terms of the ehotel portal (hereinafter referred to as "User").
4.14.2.
The electronic voucher is always issued for a specific nominal value expressed in Czech crowns (CZK) at the User's choice, and the User is entitled to use it once as a deposit on a credit ticket, and subsequently use the credit for payment for the services of the Issuer – provision of personal transportation and related services – as an alternative payment method supported (depending on current availability) within the reservation system on the website www.regiojet.cz or in the relevant mobile applications.
4.14.3.
The electronic voucher is valid for the period stated on the electronic voucher, or if this period is not stated, for one year from its issuance by the Issuer to the benefit of the Distributor. The current validity period will be communicated to the User according to the conditions of the ehotel portal or, if the portal conditions do not specify otherwise, upon request. The validity period of the electronic voucher cannot be extended, and upon its expiration, the User loses the right to use the electronic voucher under these conditions without any right to compensation or refund.
4.14.4.
The electronic voucher cannot be exchanged for money or other property values, except for its use in accordance with these conditions. The value of the electronic voucher is not refundable to the User, not even after the expiry of the validity period of the voucher.
4.14.5.
Each electronic voucher can be used for one or more reservations in the Issuer's reservation system. If the reservation value exceeds the nominal value of the electronic voucher, the User is obliged to pay the difference using another supported electronic payment method; if the reservation value is lower than the nominal value of the electronic voucher, the difference remains on the credit ticket for further use by the User.
4.14.6.
The electronic voucher can be used to book services of the Issuer, specifically for personal transportation, only for the benefit of the User and/or their family member (not for other third parties), and always only in connection with the purchase/reservation/order of additional personal recreation services (e.g., accommodation) provided by a third party and mediated through the ehotel portal. The electronic voucher cannot be transferred to a third party.
4.14.7.

4.14.8.
The Issuer reserves the right to invalidate any valid electronic vouchers issued to the User without compensation and/or to refuse to provide further services to the User or to cancel already provided services if the User has violated these conditions or the Issuer's general business terms applicable to the User concerning reservations paid for with the electronic voucher.
4.14.9.
Any inquiries and complaints related to the purchase of the electronic voucher via the ehotel portal, information provided on the ehotel portal, or related to the Distributor's services must be addressed to the Distributor, as the operator of the mentioned portal, in accordance with the terms of use of the ehotel portal.
4.14.10.
The client agrees to use the RegioJet voucher for purchasing a ticket in conjunction with the use of the ehotel voucher for accommodation as part of one redemption of their employee benefit points.
5.1.
Cancellation conditions are determined by the Accommodation Facility in the TC. If the Accommodation Facility does not have its own defined cancellation conditions, the GTC of the ehotel Portal apply. Based on the payment card guarantee, a cancellation fee is charged in case of reservation cancellation with a cancellation fee or no-show. If the reservation is canceled (cancellation of the reservation is considered a written confirmation sent by email to the ehotel Portal), the TC of the Accommodation Facility or the GTC of the eHotel.cz Portal apply. To cover the cancellation fee, the eHotel.cz Portal is entitled to set off the already paid 100% advance payment or use the payment card guarantee and the Client's payment card details to cover the cancellation fee.
5.2.
The Client is obliged to inform the eHotel.cz Portal of any changes to the reservation or its cancellation in writing (email: info@ehotel.cz) as soon as the change occurs.
5.3.
Complaints about the quality of accommodation at the Accommodation Facility and services provided by the Accommodation Facility are handled directly at the Accommodation Facility.
5.4.
Complaints about the services of the eHotel.cz Portal can be made in writing electronically to the email address info@ehotel.cz or by mail to eHotel.cz, s.r.o. Lomnického 1742/2a (Chenen), 140 00 Prague 4.
5.5.
In case of a conflict between the cancellation conditions in the GTC and the TC, the cancellation conditions of the Accommodation Facility take precedence.
5.6.
If the Client uses paper vouchers from the benefit company SODEXO or UP Group in the reservation and the reservation is canceled, these vouchers are not usually returned, but the value of the vouchers is stored on a voucher valid for 1 year. If the Client requires the return of the original paper vouchers to the sending address, a time delay and an administrative fee of 200 CZK must be considered. This can only be done if the original paper vouchers have not yet been handed over and settled with the benefit company.
5.7.
If the Client cancels an already paid reservation paid with benefit points, where the benefit points payment was made in the previous calendar year, it is not possible to return the benefit points to the Client's benefit account (cafeteria, card), but this value is recorded on a voucher from eHotel.cz, s.r.o., which will be valid for 1 year.
6.1.
The operator of the eHotel.cz portal, company eHotel.cz, s.r.o., with registered office at Lomického 1742/2a (Chenen), 140 00 Prague 4, ID 24285536, company registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 193227, is entitled to process and store information and data provided to it for the purpose of mediation of the order in accordance with the relevant generally applicable legal regulations, in particular in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") for the purpose of mediation of the service. The eHotel.cz portal is the controller of all Personal Data it processes. Personal Data will not be provided to any third party except the Accommodation Facility and companies associated with the eHotel.cz Portal. Each party is obliged to provide appropriate protection of Personal Data to prevent its loss, unauthorized access, use, deletion, and disclosure, and to process Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws in a manner that ensures the appropriate confidentiality and security of Personal Data. Data collected by law will be processed for the period required by law, and other data will be processed for a maximum of 2 years from the last order of the Customer. Personal Data is processed for the purpose of providing the ordered service correctly and for the purpose of offering more accurate complementary services.
6.2.
The eHotel.cz portal uses cookies and processes Personal Data in the manner described in a separate document, the Privacy Statement, on the page https://www.ehotel.cz/obchodni-podminky. To protect and secure payment card data, we use the "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology when providing our services.
6.3.
Commercial communications offering similar or related services may be sent to the customer by email or phone from portals operated by eHotel.cz unless the customer objects. The customer can express their objection to the processing of Personal Data at the email address sales@ehotel.cz. Personal Data obtained for Sending Special Offers is stored until their revocation at /about/unsubscribe or by contacting sales@ehotel.cz. The email address will be processed for 5 years from the order of services through the eHotel.cz portal.
6.4.
Phone calls with the eHotel.cz Customer Service are recorded for the reasons listed below. The Client is informed before the call begins.
6.4.1
If the service is ordered by phone call, the eHotel.cz portal records this call to certify that the consent to the terms and conditions was expressed and thus a contractual relationship was established.
6.4.2
The eHotel.cz portal also records phone calls for the purpose of improving services and proving customer claims, such as modifying or changing reservations.
6.4.3
Such recording and thus processing of personal data is possible due to the legitimate interest of the operator. You have the opportunity to object to such processing either directly during the phone call or subsequently at the operator's contact email address: sales@ehotel.cz
6.4.4
The operator stores phone calls for the necessary period,

In the case of verifying the establishment of a contractual relationship, for 5 years,
