When paying for accommodation, just select the methods you want to pay with, and we will send you the necessary links to the payment gateways.
You can check the balance of your benefit points account by logging into your profile with the benefit company here (www.ehotel.cz/benefity).
The cancellation conditions for reservations always reflect the cancellation conditions of the accommodation (in the hotel details), both in our hotel network and on Booking.com.

Through ehotel.cz you can pay for accommodation worldwide with benefit points, as well as various forms of travel. You can also buy a gift voucher for accommodation with us.
The voucher can be used during the final step of the reservation payment. The value will be automatically deducted from the reservation price. This also applies to Booking.com reservations or payment of the accommodation invoice.
There is no limit to the number of benefit points you can use annually for a vacation.
