Navenek tradiční, uvnitř moderní penzion Koula nabízí pokoje a apartmány. Pokoje jsou vybaveny vlastní koupelnou, lednicí, TV, Sat. Apartmány mají vlastní koupelnu i kuchyňský kout.

Jedná se o nově zrekonstruované apartmány. K dispozici je dále nově vybudované tělocvična pro sportovní organizace, skupinové cvičení a soustředění sportovních oddílů. Prostor slouží také jako turistická noclehárna za 300 Kč/noc- nutnost vlastní karimatky a spacáku. U domu je možnost parkování po celý rok, v zimě je nutnost sněhových řetězů.
