General Terms and Conditions of Contests on ehotel.cz

1. The organizer of the contests is eHotel.cz, s.r.o., Lomnického 1742/2a (Chenen), 140 00 Prague 4, ID: 24285536 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Based on these general terms and conditions, specific contests will be announced appropriately by the Organizer (typically on the Organizer’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/ehotel, Instagram https://www.instagram.com/ehotel, or by email to portal users). Each contest announcement will include the task, prize description, and additional participation and evaluation rules.

3. Each person may submit only one entry per contest. Participants are not entitled to reimbursement of any costs incurred in connection with their participation.

4. Employees and close relatives of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

5. In the event of winning, the participant must provide their name, phone number, and email address to claim the prize.

6. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any contest before it begins.

7. The Organizer may disqualify any entry, particularly if it violates Czech law or accepted ethical standards, or in case of suspected duplicate entries.

8. The Organizer has sole authority to determine whether entries meet the requirements and whether participants are eligible to win. There is no legal claim to participation.

9. The Organizer is not liable for technical issues resulting in entries not being included in the contest, including spam filtering or other failures.

10. Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided. If the winner does not respond within one week or fails to provide the necessary information, the prize is forfeited.

11. The Organizer may use any contest entry or related recordings (photos, audio, or video from the prize handover) and the winner’s name without limitation and at their discretion.

Contest Rules: Win a Voucher for Your Review
1. Organizer
The contest is organized by eHotel.cz, s.r.o., Lomnického 1742/2a, 140 00 Prague 4, ID 24285536, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 193227 (“Organizer”).

2. Purpose of the Contest
The goal is to encourage customer feedback in the form of reviews after completing a stay booked via www.ehotel.cz.

3. Duration and Draw Period
This is an ongoing contest, with one winner drawn each month. All participants who submit a review during a given calendar month will be entered into the draw. The winner will be selected by the 5th day of the following month and notified via email.

4. Participation Criteria
The contest is open to all individuals over 18 years old who: 

• Completed accommodation booked via ehotel.cz, 
• Received an email request for a review,
• Submitted a review using the provided link within the given timeframe.
• Each eligible review equals one entry. Participation is free and not subject to any purchase beyond the accommodation booking.

5. Prize
Each month, one winner will receive a voucher worth CZK 2,000 for accommodation on www.ehotel.cz. The voucher will be sent by email and its expiration date will be stated on it.

6. Notification and Prize Delivery
The winner will be contacted via the email used during the booking. If they do not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited without compensation.

7. Personal Data
Participants agree to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the contest and use of entries and winner-related materials. More details on data processing are available.

8. Organizer’s Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues affecting the submission or delivery of reviews or communication. The Organizer reserves the right to reject reviews that are inappropriate, false, or contrary to good manners.

9. Changes and Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without compensation to participants.

10. Final Provisions
